Morgan Baker

I have worked in the Real Estate industry for the past 20 years, in Toronto, Vancouver and Victoria, and have  many real estate contacts in those locations. In Victoria I have  been the managing broker for Sutton West Coast Realty since its inception and continue to work in both management and sales. 

I am an ex-Aussie  and have been known to skip a part of the Canadian winter by flying South  to my hometown in Albany, Western Australia or  to some other warm and sunny locale.

My  current recreational interests are walking, ballroom dancing, eating muffins at the Pure Vanilla coffee shop, defending my koi pond against raccoons , herons and mink,  learning some salsa dance steps at Cafe Casablanca and recently learning some basic Japanese in preparation for a trip to Kyoto.
 

Lynn Van de Kamp

Lynn has several years business experience founding and successfully operating various companies from publishing and marketing city map books to wholesale and retail sales and distribution of imported products.

Lynn worked as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative for Realty World Carruthers & Meikle in Kelowna British Columbia from 1994 through 1997.  Over that period Lynn  won several achievement awards including National Listing Presentation Award, top sales and top referrals awards.  When returning to Victoria in 1998, Lynn joined Royal Lepage Coast Capital Realty in Victoria. 

Continuing in marketing and assisting the public in finding homes, Lynn gained valuable experience marketing retirement communities to Seniors, most recently working as Regional Marketing Manager for Amica Mature Lifestyles, Vancouver Island. 

As Sales Manager for Sutton Group - West Coast Realty, Lynn is looking forward to assisting new Realtors to West Coast Realty in launching or transitioning to successful, profitable Real Estate careers.
